Join
- Perform regular patrol rides throughout the year
- Complete the two day NMBP training course
- Coordinate the patrol schedule with park rangers
- Educate trail users about the park and park policies
- Offer assistance to all park users (first aid, tools, etc.)
- Listen to park users concerns and questions
- Accurately complete incident and ride reports
- Interact effectively and courteously with all visitors
- Survey trail use patterns and report incidents
- Contact and provide feedback to land managers
- Participate in trail maintenance sessions
- Respect the local environment and community
- Wear the recognizable NBMP uniform and carry ID
- Give emergency response to ill or injured persons
